14″ Foil Balloons, Ribbon, and a Plastic Straw all included.
To assemble, insert the provided straw into the self-sealing tabs on each balloon to inflate them (do not inflate with helium). then, just thread each letter onto the ribbon using the perforated tabs, and your balloon banner is ready to be hung.
